Synthesis of monodisperse poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads and their application in separation of biopolymers

The monodisperse, porous poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads of 7.9 microm were prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization method. The seed particles prepared by dispersion polymerization exhibited good absorption of the monomer phase. Based on this media, a weak cation-exchange (WCX) stationary phase for HPLC was synthesized by a new chemically modified method. The prepared resin has advantages of biopolymer separation, high column efficiency, low column backpressure, high protein mass recovery, and good resolution for proteins. The dynamic protein-loading capacity of the synthesized WCX packings was 18.2 mg/g. Five proteins were separated in 3.0 min using the synthesized WCX stationary phase. The experimental results show that the obtained WCX resin has very weak hydrophobicity. The WCX resin was also used for the rapid separation and purification of lysozyme from egg white in 5.0 min with only one step. The purity and specific bioactivity of the purified lysozyme were found to be more than 93% and 70 245 U/mg, respectively.     

Click Chemistry: Evolving on the Fringe

The article herein briefly introduces the story of the birth of click chemistry and its evolution after that. A new angle to interpret click reactions was proposed using the “reactivity‐availability‐functionality” trilogy. CuAAC (Copper‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne cycloaddition), the most popular click reaction by far, was revisited along with the thiol‐ene, metal‐free AAC, SuFEx (Sulfur(VI) fluoride exchange) and the lately discovered diazotransfer process. By encountering more and more near‐perfect reactions, click chemistry is evolving and expanding on the fringe of the chemistry and different scientific disciplines, destination unknown.      

可溶性聚硅酸铝铁的制备及其在废水处理中的应用

以赤泥为原料,制备了高效无机高分子絮凝剂——聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF),并将该絮凝剂用于处理工业废水．研究絮凝剂的使用效果与投加量、投加方式、pH值、搅拌条件及水样本身性能间的关系．     

新显色剂5-(对羧基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉与U(Ⅵ)的显色反应研究及应用

研究了新显色剂5-(对羧基苯偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉(p-CPHQ)与U(Ⅵ)的显色反应条件,在阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,pH 4.0～6.0缓冲介质中,形成稳定的红色络合物,最大吸收波长为470nm,ε=4.39×10~4,含U(Ⅵ)量在0～55μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,结合TBP萃淋树脂分离富集,并以CyDTA、KF联合掩蔽,方法适用于岩石矿物中痕量铀的测定。     

紫外分光光度法测定甲砜霉素片的含量

根据甲砜霉素的紫外吸收特征,建立了以乙腈-水为溶媒、(225±1)nm为最大吸收波长的紫外分光光度法。方法的线性范围为0.5～25.0μg/mL,平均回收率为99.92％,RSD为0.30％。用对照品比较法测定5批甲砜霉素片的含量,并与中国药典方法的测定结果进行比对,结果表明,两种方法的测定结果基本一致。     

Linking Chiral Clusters with Molybdate Building Blocks: From Homochiral Helical Supramolecular Arrays to Coordination Helices

The synthesis of four new oxo‐centered Fe clusters ( 1 a – c , 2 ) of the form [Fe^III₃(μ₃‐O)(CH₂=CHCOO)₆] with acrylate as the bridging ligand gives rise to potentially intrinsically chiral oxo‐centered {M₃} trimers that show a tendency to spontaneously resolve upon crystallization. For instance, 1 a , [Fe^III₃(μ₃‐O)(CH₂=CHCOO)₆‐(H₂O)₃]⁺, crystallizes in the chiral space group P3₁ as a chloride salt. Crystallization of 1 b , [Fe₃(μ₃‐O)(C₂H₃CO₂)₆(H₂O)₃]NO₃?4.5H₂O, from aqueous solution followed by recrystallization from acetonitrile also gives rise to spontaneous resolution to yield the homochiral salt [Fe₃(μ₃‐O)(C₂H₃CO₂)₆‐(H₂O)₃]NO₃?CH₃CN of 1 c (space group P2₁2₁2₁). Furthermore, the reaction of 1 a with hexamolybdate in acetonitrile gives the helical coordination polymer {[(Fe₃(μ₃‐O)L₆(H₂O))(MoO₄)‐(Fe₃(μ₃‐O)L₆(H₂O)₂)]?2CH₃CN?H₂O}_∞ 2 (L: H₂C?CHCOO), which crystallizes in the space group P2₁. The nature of the ligand geometry allows the formation of atropisomers in both the discrete ( 1 a – c ) and linked {Fe₃} clusters ( 2 ), which is described along with a magnetic analysis of 1 a and 2 .     

P-507回流萃取法富集镥的研究——Ⅰ.P-507萃取分离镱镥混合稀土的性能

本文研究了2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯(P-507)在盐酸和硝酸体系中萃取镱镥混合稀土的性能。说明P-507在硝酸体系中的萃取分离系数较其在盐酸体系中高,而在盐酸体系中有更高的反萃效率。与二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(P-204)相比,P-507具有萃取酸度低、易反萃和不易乳化的优点。我们还确定了回流萃取法分离镥镱的基本参数,表明P-507是一种新型的分离重稀土的良好萃取剂。     

表面膨胀粘度的测定研究

用不同浓度的NaCl和表面活性剂直链的十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、稳定剂聚丙烯酰胺和水所组成的泡沫体系为研究对象,通过表面压松弛的方法,利用计算机数据拟合,得到了计算表面膨胀粘度的方法。     

Complete assignments of 1H and 13C NMR data for 10 phenylethanoid glycosides

Ten phenylethanoid glycosides, including two new ones, isolated from the aerial parts of the mangrove plant Acanthus ilicifolius were identified. The first complete assignments of the 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts for these glycosides were achieved by means of 2D NMR techniques, including 1H-1H COSY, TOCSY, HSQC and HMBC spectra.
