The monodisperse, porous poly(chloromethylstyrene-co-divinylbenzene) beads of 7.9 microm were prepared by a single-step swelling and polymerization method. The seed particles prepared by dispersion polymerization exhibited good absorption of the monomer phase. Based on this media, a weak cation-exchange (WCX) stationary phase for HPLC was synthesized by a new chemically modified method. The prepared resin has advantages of biopolymer separation, high column efficiency, low column backpressure, high protein mass recovery, and good resolution for proteins. The dynamic protein-loading capacity of the synthesized WCX packings was 18.2 mg/g. Five proteins were separated in 3.0 min using the synthesized WCX stationary phase. The experimental results show that the obtained WCX resin has very weak hydrophobicity. The WCX resin was also used for the rapid separation and purification of lysozyme from egg white in 5.0 min with only one step. The purity and specific bioactivity of the purified lysozyme were found to be more than 93% and 70 245 U/mg, respectively. 相似文献

The article herein briefly introduces the story of the birth of click chemistry and its evolution after that. A new angle to interpret click reactions was proposed using the “reactivity‐availability‐functionality” trilogy. CuAAC (Copper‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne cycloaddition), the most popular click reaction by far, was revisited along with the thiol‐ene, metal‐free AAC, SuFEx (Sulfur(VI) fluoride exchange) and the lately discovered diazotransfer process. The synthesis of four new oxo‐centered Fe clusters ( 1 a – c , 2 ) of the form [FeIII3(μ3‐O)(CH2=CHCOO)6] with acrylate as the bridging ligand gives rise to potentially intrinsically chiral oxo‐centered {M3} trimers that show a tendency to spontaneously resolve upon crystallization. For instance, 1 a , [FeIII3(μ3‐O)(CH2=CHCOO)6‐(H2O)3]+, crystallizes in the chiral space group P31 as a chloride salt. Crystallization of 1 b , [Fe3(μ3‐O)(C2H3CO2)6(H2O)3]NO3?4.5H2O, from aqueous solution followed by recrystallization from acetonitrile also gives rise to spontaneous resolution to yield the homochiral salt [Fe3(μ3‐O)(C2H3CO2)6‐(H2O)3]NO3?CH3CN of 1 c (space group P212121). Furthermore, the reaction of 1 a with hexamolybdate in acetonitrile gives the helical coordination polymer {[(Fe3(μ3‐O)L6(H2O))(MoO4)‐(Fe3(μ3‐O)L6(H2O)2)]?2CH3CN?H2O}∞ 2 (L: H2C?CHCOO), which crystallizes in the space group P21.
